I have product, service, and visual design skills that I use to elevate my strategic thinking into process-driven outcomes. I excel in roles where I can use my diverse skillset to define problems and collaborate on transformative solutions.
My superpower is my ability to make connections between ideas and synthesize those thoughts into actions. I’m very comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at facilitating others in problem solving. I’m a confident public speaker and I like learning about people. I love to converse about ideas, theories, design, and technology.
I believe that properly archived files can (and should) exist and that debriefing after project completion is as important as the initial creative brief. Formerly an active member of the I’ll-Remember-It Syndicate, I’ve been an avid note-taker and list-maker for 10+ years.
My curiosity and desire to learn has led me to five post-secondary institutions resulting in two degrees (BDes Material Art and Design; MDes Design for Health), one post-graduate certificate (Advanced Digital Design), two semesters abroad, and current enrollment in part-time studies to complete a third degree (BA Liberal Arts). I regularly attend tech meetups and conferences, and I look forward to being able to go to events and travel again soon. Some of my other hobbies include sewing, listening to podcasts, Olympic Weightlifting, reading non-fiction, and going for walks with my dog.
I’m currently located in Toronto, Canada.
